Basically the same ideas as before with a farmhouse/cottage look. These still need a good bit of work, but they convey the general idea.

One month later

Worked on the plan some more and took a lot of really good ideas from people and thought things through a bit more and came up with a new plan, based largly on the concepts of the previous plan. The big change was to move the playroom downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs.
